  • [December 17, 2013 – 6:50] AWS region sa-east-1 (Sao Paulo) is experiencing problems in a single availability zone. Some customers are affected by this. We’re currently working to restore services in other availability zones.
  • [July 26, 2013 – 18:50] Security patch was applied to some customers environment. A restart of the application server will leave some tools offline for a few minutes.
